Hands off the children of this country!

May your hearts be good!

It is becoming more and more obvious that one of the fundamental causes of the disastrous situation in which our country finds itself is political interference in all areas of societal manifestation.

Insidious as a cancer, partisan interest has conquered the social body, suffocating and weakening it to the point of exhaustion.

Just like in the glory years of communism, we can say that the party (PCR-CFSN-CPUN-FSN-PDSR- PSD-PNL PDL-PMP-USR etc.) is in everything, comrades.

But the seriousness of the problem lies in the fact that today's politicians are following the same paths trodden by their ancestors of sad memory: they start groping and recruiting future "trusted cadres" from kindergartens and schools.

They couldn't help themselves even on the day when children, in their innocence and purity, should have been celebrated sincerely, without any connection to party interest.

Representatives of the same parties that have buried our children's future in misery and ignorance have been on display (coordinated and organized almost militantly) at schools and kindergartens, smearing a celebration of childhood with cheap politics.

What could children learn from some who have barely graduated from high school, at ages closer to retirement than to the age of majority?

Just as parents were tricked with small, beer, buckets and oil in exchange for their votes, children were also offered "gifts" designed to buy their future so cheaply.

Why do we, as a society, remain impassive in the face of such abuses of trust that today's politicians make on future generations?

When will we understand that politicanism is the cancer that we must protect our children from, and that politicians are the instruments through which young generations are re-educated in the partisan practices that have destroyed Romania in the last 30 years?

As long as we allow the representatives of interest groups - generically called parties - to corrupt our children from an increasingly young age, the chances of Romania doing well will continue to decline.

Dear politicians, Romania's children don't need June 1st presents (bought with our money, by the way) and pictures in which you mimic caring for them. The children of this country need an administration that can devise a plan for the country, a strategy for the next 40-50 years, a strategy with concern for future generations at its heart. Young people need a state that offers them real opportunities for a decent life, for a proper education and for integration into a healthy society in every respect.

So hands off the children of this country!
