The "Botoșani Shield" Association was founded in 2016 and aims to organize and carry out activities aimed at preparing and training young people, as well as initiating and developing actions and programs to preserve national identity. We have organized a multitude of complex educational programs such as "boot camp" (a complex program consisting of non-formal training sessions, excursions, outdoor activities and others). "Botoșani Shield" has carried out dozens of philanthropic (humanitarian) and social solidarity actions, carried out through volunteering, through donations and with the participation of other NGOs.
Every year with the help of NGOs, cultural people, teachers, we organize educational events, competitions, charity events, work camps for children. One of the most important events is the "Saints of the Prisons" competition.
Through our projects we want to support people from disadvantaged backgrounds, to fight against poverty; to carry out programs and activities for youth, to stimulate and reward young talents; to promote Romanian human and professional values in various fields of education, social life, culture, art, etc.
